FIELD: internal combustion engines.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in internal combustion engines. The device of the system for maintaining the set charge air temperature of the internal combustion engine consists of a supercharger (1), a pipeline (2), three-way bypass devices (3) and (5), an intake manifold (8) and a charge air cooler (7). The system is equipped with a charge air cooler radiator (4), a charge air cooler pump (6), a bypass line (9) connecting the internal combustion engine cooling system (B) to the charge air cooling system (A) through three-way bypass devices (3) and (5). Three-way bypass devices (3) and (5) regulate the direction of the coolant either from the radiator (4) of the charge air cooler or from the cooling system (B) of the internal combustion engine, or the simultaneous mixing of coolant flows from the cooling system (B) of the internal combustion engine and radiator (4) of the charge air cooler into the charge air cooler (7). In this case, the circulation of the liquid is provided by the pump (6) of the charge air cooler, regardless of the position of the three-way bypass devices (3) and (5). The three-way bypass devices (3) and (5) are controlled by the microprocessor controller (16) based on the readings of the sensors (10), (12) and (11), (13) of charge air pressure and temperature, installed on the pipeline (2) and the intake collector (8) ICE.
EFFECT: maintaining the set charge air temperature regardless of its pressure and operating conditions.
