FIELD: ventilation and air conditioning.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a ventilation system of an industrial enterprise and can be used in equipping housings of industrial enterprises. Automated system for cleaning air from ammonia vapors, containing an exhaust air duct of contaminated air, a fan with an electric motor, sensors for concentration of hazardous substances, actuating element, characterized by that additionally introduced are exhaust air intakes, which include diaphragms, a calculation unit, a comparison unit, a TLV setting device, a room parameter setter and a ventilation parameter setting device, a control unit, an electric motor control relay, a sound and sound alarm control relay, sound and sound alarm system, wherein the exhaust air duct of contaminated air is located in the upper part of the room and is connected to the exhaust air intakes, in which the diaphragms are located, sensors of harmful substances concentrations are made in the form of a wireless system of sensors, are located at the level of human breathing in workplaces, the outputs of which are connected to the actuating element and to the comparison unit, the input of the comparator unit is connected to the output of the setting device TLV, and output is with input of calculation unit, inputs of calculation unit are connected to output of room parameters setter and with output of ventilation parameters setter, and the output of the calculation unit is connected to the input of the control unit, the first output of the control unit is connected to the input of the sound and sound alarm control relay, second output is connected to the actuator input, the third output is connected to the motor control relay input, the output of which is connected to the electric motor input, the electric motor output is connected to the fan input, control output of sound and sound alarm control unit is connected to sound and sound signaling, actuator output is connected to diaphragm inputs.
EFFECT: task, which solution is aimed at, is increase of accuracy of air flow rate control depending on concentration of harmful substances, increase of energy efficiency of the device and improvement of efficiency of air cleaning of premises contaminated with ammonia vapors.
