FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method, an installation and a system for transportation and treatment of wastes in a channel section of a pneumatic system for transportation of wastes. Method consists in that solid wastes or recyclable materials supplied to transporting pipe (100), is transported in conveying pipe (100) of pneumatic material conveying system together with flow of conveying air to material transfer system unloading end, where material is separated from conveying air. Material (w) exposure in conveying pipe (100) is performed by reducing to zero the speed of material transported in transporting pipe, by means of stopping means (22) located between separating device (25) of unloading end and processed material (w), or near stopping facility y, or near material handling system unloading end. Impact on material is also carried out by providing volume compression in space of channel of conveying pipe (100) at least in part of transported material (w) by means of stopping means (22) located between separating device (25) of unloading end and processed material (w), or at stopping means by means of pressure difference acting on different sides of processed material, for example, under combined action of suction and compensation air, before transportation of material further in transporting pipe into container (257) of separating device (25) located at unloading end of pneumatic transportation of wastes. At that, flow path for at least part of air flow could bypass stopping facility, is performed by arrangement of bypass channel (223), which starts in transporting pipe at distance from stopping facility (22), before stopping means in direction of material transportation, and is connected to transporting pipe after stopping facility.
EFFECT: technical result consists in ensuring compactification of material at receiving end of waste transportation system, due to which container capacity for material can be used more efficiently.
