FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: in the method, waste is fed through the inlet of a garbage chute or some other entry point and transported along the supply channel to the shaper device installed in the message with the entry point, the processing material being transported to the shaper device and/or through it by, at least partially, gravity, and/or suction, and/or the pressure difference of the pneumatic conveying system. In the method, the material is treated by a single processing means in the shaper device rotating during processing of the material around the axis of rotation and comprising an aperture located eccentrically about the axis of rotation. In this case, the processing means disposes the material near the outlet opening and, if necessary, together with at least the edge of the outlet of the rotational driver and/or the wall of the outlet channel, forms this material when the processing means rotates. Invention also relates to the device implementing described method.
