FIELD: organic chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to specific derivatives of 2-amino-4-pyrazolyl-pyrimidine. Invention also relates to a method of treating a malignant tumor, a method for selective inhibition of at least one EGFR mutant, using said derivatives and a pharmaceutical composition based on said derivative.
EFFECT: obtaining novel heterocyclic compounds which are useful for selective EGFR-wild-type inhibition of at least one EGFR mutant selected from mutants, which are a deletion of E746-A750, L858R or T790M.
