FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Method of facial prostheses consists in pre-operative cone-beam computed tomography of head and 3D face image, comparing the obtained images in a computer simulation program into a single three-dimensional image, selecting, on an image, a portion of a face scheduled to be deleted along the boundaries of the intended operation, refining boundaries of prosthesis adhesion during completion of operation at the stage of suturing, facial scanning and comparison of previously obtained image, identifying boundaries of the future prosthesis with refined boundaries, increasing the image volume by 0.5 mm and removing the internal volume of the image of the prosthesis with forming thickness of 0.5 mm, with additional formation in the obtained three-dimensional object of two holes in different poles of the object, printing the obtained image on 3D printer with a dental polymer, removing the supports, light polymerization of object, introduction of colored solid color of medical silicone into one of object holes and removal of external polymer shell, removal of excess silicone from face prosthesis.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of facial part repetition.
