FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to otorhinolaryngology and dentistry, and is intended for use in temporary prosthetics of absent concha in microtia and anotia and formation of postoperative acoustic meatus in stenosis and atresia. An ear prosthesis forming the postoperative external auditory canal is made of polymethylmethacrylate constituting a prosthetic frame coated with medical silicone. Prosthetic frame is manufactured by 3D-printing, mirror image of digital image of computer tomography of opposite auricle and acoustic meatus of patient with stenosis or atresia of auricle, and silicone layer is uniformly applied throughout prosthesis surface and makes 1–2 mm. Herewith, the auricle consists of three seamlessly connected elements – auricle, a border of adjacency to the prosthetic field and a shaper of the external auditory canal.

EFFECT: using the prosthesis makes it possible to form an individual external auditory canal in the postoperative period in the patients with stenosis or atresia.
