FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to benefication of minerals and can be used for carrying out of flotation experiments at investigation of different ores for enrichment in laboratories of concentrating factories or scientific research or training institutes. Laboratory flotation machine includes housing, float chamber and impeller unit. On the housing containing engine with hollow shaft, electromagnetic locking device and device regulating air flow supplied to hollow shaft of engine, floatation chamber is installed. An impeller unit with a hollow shaft is mounted in the bottom of the floatation chamber coaxially to the hollow shaft of the engine. Impeller hollow shaft is tightly connected to engine hollow shaft. On the hollow shaft of the impeller unit, which includes a check valve, a cap with blades is fixed, forming a gap between the cap and outer side of the hollow shaft of the impeller unit. At least one protrusion of the cylindrical shape of the cap located coaxially to the hollow of the impeller unit along the side surface forms a gap with projections of cylindrical shape located at the bottom of the chamber.
EFFECT: longer service life, as well as replacement of chambers without additional fasteners.
