FIELD: enrichment of minerals.
SUBSTANCE: proposed group of inventions relates to the enrichment of minerals by the froth flotation method, namely to laboratory flotation equipment for the study of ores for enrichment, the development of applied technological solutions and technological support for the existing production for the enrichment of minerals. A universal laboratory flotation machine contains a housing with a hollow drive shaft located inside it, on the upper end of which an aeration unit impeller is fixed, made with an air supply device, a flotation chamber with a foam unloading device in its upper part. The flotation chamber is equipped with a pressure plate with an inner hole and restrictive sides along its outer perimeter, a sealed gasket installed on the lower part of the pressure plate. The body of the flotation machine has a pressure plate pressing system against the top of the body. The aeration unit is equipped with a stator fixed between the walls of the flotation chamber and made in the form of a ring with a circulation nozzle installed on it and radial blades located from below along the perimeter and mixing recirculation niches between the blades. The housing contains a frame with side walls and an upper lined plate, which is the bottom of the flotation chamber, through which the hollow drive shaft of the impeller passes. In the center of the upper lining plate there is a bearing assembly of the hollow drive shaft of the impeller and a mechanical seal, and a drain chute is located along the perimeter of the body. The walls of the flotation chamber are fixed along the perimeter of the inner opening of the pressure plate, which is made with the possibility of lifting, the froth unloading device is made in the form of a replaceable froth nozzle with an unloading chute. The stator of the universal laboratory flotation machine contains a housing in the form of a ring with radial blades located at the bottom along the perimeter. The stator is equipped with a circulation nozzle mounted on the housing. The housing in the lower part, between the blades, is made with mixing recirculation niches designed to create separate circulation flows both in the area of the stator blades and in the area of the impeller blades, and the total circulation flow in the area of the blades and the impeller and stator.
EFFECT: expanding the functionality of the laboratory flotation machine, increasing technological efficiency.
