FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, in particular, to well drilling equipment and technology, and is intended for automatic control of bottomhole pressure of flushing fluid and its maintenance at reservoir pressure level. Device has a drilling pump, an adjustable drive connected to the drilling pump, a bottomhole pressure sensor installed above the bit and connected through a communication channel to the receiver, which output and output of predictor of reservoir pressure are connected to inputs of control unit connected with controlled drive of drilling pump, additionally equipped with two valves on line of flushing liquid intake with two drives connected to drilling pump, and the control unit is in form of a logic unit with two setpoints of predicted formation pressure, two controllers, and the adjustable drive is made in the form of a unit for controlling the frequency of supply current of the drive of the drilling pump, wherein the output of the receiver is connected to the input of the logic node, the outputs of the logic node - with the valve drives and with the setpoints of the predicted formation pressure, the outputs of the drives of the predictors of the reservoir pressure - with the inputs of the controllers, outputs of the latter are connected to the input of the power supply control unit of the drilling pump drive, the output of which is connected to the pump drive, and the drive is connected to the pump.
EFFECT: technical result is higher reliability of device for real-time control of well drilling process.
