SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry, in particular to devices for controlling the properties of the drilling fluid, namely the regulation of the pH of the drilling fluid in the process of drilling wells. Proposed is a system for automatic control of the pH of the drilling fluid during drilling of a well, comprising a drill string, a receiving tank with drilling fluid, a driven mud pump connected to the drill string, a mechanical agitator with a drive connected to the receiving tank with drilling fluid, a pH sensor pH set at the outlet of the annulus of the well, and containers with chemical reagents. In this case, the system is additionally equipped with a comparison unit, a depth sensor installed at the wellhead, and a microprocessor. Wherein the input of the comparison unit is connected to the output of the pH sensor, and the second input of the comparison unit is connected to the output of the microprocessor. One input of the microprocessor is connected to the output of the depth sensor, and the second input is connected to the output of the comparison unit. And the output of the microprocessor is connected to a mechanical stirrer drive and two containers with chemical reagents, equipped with dispensers, connected to the receiving container.

EFFECT: improving the quality of regulation of the hydrogen index pH of the drilling fluid directly in the drilling process.
