FIELD: textile industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to weaving production of textile industry, namely to fabric, which is formed by two-layer interlacing of main, derivative, combined and complex. Fabric, comprising warp and weft threads with different shrinkage, characterized by that fabric is formed by producing a new structure of double-layer fabric due to difference of threads of upper layer relative to lower, wherein the fabric threads of the upper layer are the reinforcement of the threads of the lower layer to reduce the deformation of the threads of the lower layer, and the upper layer difference should be less than the lower layer, the use of yarn of different thickness in range of 166 % to 586 % in the fabric structure enables to form a structurally projecting cell of bast fibers with hemp content of 22 % over the surface of the front and back sides of the fabric, use of threads in fabric with different shrinkage makes it possible to reinforce cotton fabric of lower layer of strip spinning yarn of wet spinning T=86.2 tex of upper layer, which contributes to low percentage of domestic shrinkage of not more than 2.5 % both in direction of warp and in direction of weft.
EFFECT: fabric allows to expand the range of fabricated fabrics differing by material, structure of warp and weft yarn having different shrinkage.
