FIELD: production of cable protective corrosion resistant materials obtained by impregnation of fabric warp with antiseptic and corrosion-resistant compositions.
SUBSTANCE: material has fabric warp, such as cellular fabric tape made from single- or two-filament yarn of bast or blended filaments with linear density of 200-400 tex, of plain weave with reinforced edges, with number of warp filaments and weft filaments per unit of length being 0.6-1.3. Tape is impregnated with composition including 12-36 wt% of liquid non-volatile or low-volatile low-viscosity petroleum products as filler, 2-6 wt% of product of reaction of amine derivatives with fatty acids or bottoms thereof as antiseptic and 0.2-0.5 wt% of primaries or amine bottoms as surfactant.
EFFECT: increased workability, improved fungi-resistance, in particular, in case of usage of jute filaments and impregnation composition based on transformer oil and triethanolamine and soap stock reaction product.
