SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the use of a composition for treating cancer, comprising a) polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid (PIC) in amount of 1000 mcg/ml, b) kanamycin in amount of 800 IU/ml, c) calcium ion in amount of 0.16 mcmol/ml, and d) non-activated rabies virus in amount of 2 IU/ml. Group of inventions also relates to a method of treating cancer, comprising a step of administering said composition to a subject.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides treating cancer.
