FIELD: water supply; sewerage.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic engineering equipment and can be used for pumping of domestic and industrial waste water. Method consists in transportation of separate dismountable unified structural units made in factory conditions, assembly of structural units with hoisting equipment when using stitched loops by means of sealed connections according to process scheme, where lower part of pump station is installed on prepared base, after which lower part (1) is fixed to prepared base, pressure pipelines are connected to support couplings of submersible pumps, inlet branch pipe with fittings is installed in pass sleeve through wall of station and reinforcement is fixed. Further, on the servicing platform there laid is a collecting and distributing pipeline header, to which pressure pipelines are connected, connecting upper and lower part of sewage-pumping station by means of tight connection, installing outlet pipes of pressure pipelines in through sleeve through wall of station, fixing ladder, fixing structures of preliminary technical treatment of waste water in frame. Then the collecting and distributing collector is connected to the pressure pipelines and fixed to the support beam. After connecting manifold-distributing header with emergency pipeline, pressure pipes and instrumentation are installed, emergency part of pipeline is installed and ventilation is installed. At the final stage, the pump guides are installed, then the sewage pumps are lowered and installed on the support couplings. Then electric equipment and instrumentation are connected to the control panel, process nodes of the sewage-pumping station are sealed by means of a bentonite cord.

EFFECT: simplified transportation, simplified assembly process and high speed of assembly, as well as tightness and increased strength by means of coupling connection.
