SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the agriculture. Method of obtaining a combined bacterial-humin preparation for stubble residue decomposition involves the use of organic wastes with introduction of an inoculating additive. Organic substances used are neutralized extract of humic substances from manure, and as inoculating additive - aboriginal microbial complex obtained from plant material, containing accumulation culture of anaerobic bacteria-destructors of cellulose. Culture of microorganisms is added to neutralized extract of humic substances in proportion 1 to 9 respectively.

EFFECT: method enables to obtain a combined bacterial-humic preparation with a double effect - faster decomposition of stubble residues by adding live cellulose-decomposing microorganisms and stimulation of those already present in soil owing to biologically active action of humates.
