SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture. The method includes sowing and applying organic fertilizers in the form of manure, caring for crops and cleaning. As a precursor, a crop in the form of corn is used, in the autumn, surface spreading of fertilizers at a dose of 10 t/ha is carried out, then winter plowing, tillage, sowing seeds. Moreover, the surface spreading of fertilizers is carried out with a pre-prepared mixture of components in the form of rotted horse manure and lowland peat, respectively, 3:1. A mixture of horse manure and lowland peat is prepared in heaps by mixing the components with a non-woven material covering the top of the heap with an extract of the mixture for maturation for one week. Then, treatment with Baikal EM-1 is carried out, normally 10% of the composition of the mixture of components. Stirring is carried out, after which the heap is re-covered from above with non-woven material, followed by maturation for two weeks.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase the yield of oats due to the effective use of fertilizers by plants, soil fertility in crop rotation and to obtain environmentally safe products.
