FIELD: glazing.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for glazing, in particular, buildings. In particular, disclosed is a material containing a transparent substrate coated with a stack of thin layers containing a functional metal layer based on silver and two dielectric coatings. At that, each dielectric coating contains at least one dielectric layer, so that functional metal layer is located between two dielectric coatings. At that, lower dielectric coating, located under functional layer based on silver, contains: layer with high refraction index based on metal oxide, having a refraction index of more than 2.3 and a thickness greater than 5 nm, an antidiffusion layer based on silicon and/or aluminum, selected from an oxide, nitride and oxynitride layer, located above layer with high refraction index, having thickness from 1 to 10 nm, layer with high refraction index, having refraction index of more than 2.3 and thickness of less than 5 nm, located above the anti-diffusion layer and under the silver-based functional layer, at least one oxide-based layer, located above the anti-diffusion layer and having a composition different from the anti-diffusion layer.
EFFECT: technical result is reduction of defects occurrence rate due to thermal treatment and obtaining of very high optical quality after heat treatment in the presence of very low variability of optical properties caused by said thermal treatment.
