FIELD: heating equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a thermal server unit connected to a heat circuit comprising a hot and a cold channel. Disclosed is thermal server unit (40) configured to be connected to heat circuit (10) comprising hot channel (12) for heat transfer fluid, having a first temperature, and cold channel (14) for a heat transfer fluid having a second temperature. Thermal server unit comprises balancing device (41), connected to hot and cold channels for selective provision of heat-carrying liquid possibility to flow from hot channel through regulator (42) and heat exchanger (44) into cold channel or from cold channel through regulator and heat exchanger into hot channel. Flow direction is determined by pressure drop between hot and cold channels. Heat exchanger is configured to change heat-transfer liquid temperature, flowing through balancing device, by selective cooling of heat transfer fluid from hot channel or heat-transferring liquid heating from cold channel.
EFFECT: technical result is providing a simple and easy-to-use thermal server installation to maintain a differential between the hot and cold channels of the thermal circuit and, as a result, improved heating and cooling in the city.
