FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to local heat-consuming unit (20) and to local heat-generating unit (30) connected to heat circuit (10) containing hot and cold channels (12, 14). Local heat-consuming unit (20) is selectively connected, via pump (24) or valve (23), to hot channel (12). Local heat-generating unit (30) is selectively connected, via pump (34) or valve (33), to cold channel (14). Use of either valve (23; 33) or pump (24; 34) is controlled by determining the difference of local pressures between heat transfer liquid in hot channel (12) and heat transfer liquid in cold channel (14).
EFFECT: disclosed are a local heat-consuming unit and a local heat-generating unit for a district thermal power distribution system.
