SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for fixing a plane object, such as a rack bottom or a seat, on a construction object such as a wall or floor. Fastening device includes a first fastening element, as well as a second fastening element, wherein the second fastening element is made with possibility of connection with geometrical closure with the first fastening element. First fastening element, which is made with possibility of connection with construction object or object or is an integral part of construction object or object, has C- or U-shaped internal profile. Second fastening element, which is made with possibility of connection with object or with building object or is an integral part of object or building object, has C- or U-shaped external profile, which is made with possibility of installation with geometrical closure in internal profile. C- or U-shaped outer profile is configured to be clamped by a clamping element relative to the inner profile. Second fastening element includes a first flange and a second flange, as well as a flange connecting the flanges, wherein the first flange passes in a straight line and at right angle to the web, wherein the second flange has a first section of the flange, which extends at an inclination at an obtuse angle α to the web, as well as a second section of the flange adjacent to the inclined first section of the flange, which extends parallel to the first flange. Clamping element is directed to first flange of second fastening element.
