SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer science. Method of forming a unified information system (UIS) includes scanning an information source, organizing information with selecting individual copyright, output and thematic information fields, distribution and distribution of information on corresponding information fields, wherein determination of the location of incoming information in the UIS is carried out using corresponding words, alphabet or pseudo-combinations, whereby information sources are automatically collected in author, output and thematic information fields and recorded therein using a time code which includes the time of creating the document, followed by a space-free number of digits used, followed by searching for information of interest in a computer or Internet system, wherein additional auxiliary codes are introduced, by means of which subsequent words with matching letters are inserted, and for vertical reading and generalization of all information on the question of interest - the digital part of the code is located without a space on the left.

EFFECT: technical result is faster search of information of interest, systematised in a single search system.
