FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technological processes associated with cargo transportation, in particular, to vehicles designed for cargo transportation of rolls mainly from hay-straw materials. Transport vehicle for loading, transportation and unloading of rolls mainly from hay-straw materials contains a chassis, a platform with barriers, a trailer connected with a platform hingedly by means of a turning circle, a trailer fixing device, a loader and a rear side controlled by a hydraulic cylinder. Loader additionally comprises a reel clamp made of two longitudinal and two transverse beams, wherein the longitudinal beams are installed on the axes of the upper rollers with the possibility of their movement along the guides by means of the lifting and lowering mechanism. Guides are installed in the platform front part, and each clamping lever is rigidly connected to the corresponding longitudinal beam. On the guides there installed are the upper rollers stroke limiters, and the longitudinal beams are made with bending at the connection point with the second transverse beam. First transverse beam is installed at height relative to the field surface equal to H = (1.1–1.2) D_roll. (D_roll is the diameter of roll), and is remote from front part of loader at distance equal to S = (0.5–0.6) D_roll. Platform is inclined backwards and equipped with rollers arranged across the platform.

EFFECT: technical result is possibility of rolls loading mainly from hay-straw materials into vehicle on the move, without stops before each loaded roll.
