FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: vehicle comprises trailer (9), chassis (3), platform (1) with flooring and bottom, body (4) with grips, discharger and pusher (23). The trailer is connected with chassis by means of rotating ring installed at an angle to the platform. The platform rests on the trailer via rollers and bed tracks (2, 5). Under the platform, trailer control hydraulic cylinder is installed. Trailer catcher (7) is connected by rod (8) with bottom frame (10) which is as the bottom (11) pivotally connected to the platform (11). Bottom frame is connected with bottom control hydraulic cylinders (6), and the bottom is by cables (27) connected with valve (26). To the platform body (4) is connected by clamps (28), and to the body at its front grip hooks (20) are welded and hydraulic cylinders to control grips (15) with extensions (14). At the top between hydraulic cylinders, pneumatic cylinders (18) and receiver are placed. Stop members are attached to rods of grip control hydraulic cylinders. Roll grips (13) with pins are pivotally connected to rods. At the rear, valve, discharger and pusher interconnected by springs (21) are pivotally connected to the body. Pusher control hydraulic cylinders (25) connected with valve are attached to the pusher. On the lateral side of body, control and signalling unit (16) and hydraulic distributor (17) are installed, and pneumatic valves unit (19) and pressure sensor are installed on the receiver. Push-button sensors are placed on the body and other structural members. Control panel (12) is mounted on the trailer. This control panel is placed in tractor cabin during aggregation.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of haying in rolls, as well as loading and unloading of rolls in semiautomatic mode.
