FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for transmitting information over a radio channel and can be used in constructing executive devices (ED) of command control radio lines (CCRL) operating with binary phase-shift keying signals. For this purpose, the PMS channel operates continuously and includes power to the rest of the CCRL ED circuit, namely, the unit for receiving the FM channels when detecting the fact of transmission of the control command, but the final decision on receiving the CCRL is generated in accordance with the positive decision on reception of the CCRL in at least one of the MS channels, since the MS channels are presented to the necessary requirements for probability of false alarm Pn1 and a reduced PMS channel requirements imposed imitation resistance. Disbalance of requirements for imitation resistance to MS channels and the PMS channel allows them to operate at the same signal/noise ratio.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing operation in an economic mode.
