FIELD: radio engineering and communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communication and can be used in departmental communication systems of decametre range using signals with angular manipulation and intended for generation, transmission and reception of address discrete messages, limited by duration of radio-telegrams (RT). Device comprises a transmitting set comprising a coding device, a modulator, a radio transmitter, a transmitting antenna and a radiogram generation device, comprising M- and N-bit shift registers, R-bit storage register, clock synchronization device (CSD), delay element, decoder and pulse former, receiving set comprises receiving antenna, a radio receiving device, a demodulator, a decoding device and a radiogram detection and conversion device, comprising additional M- and N-bit shift registers, an additional R-bit storage register, an additional CSD, first and second additional pulse generators, signal analyser, search interval limiter, adder, OR element, first and second comparison units, RAM, threshold number sensor, equivalence elements and AND element.
EFFECT: high noise immunity of receiving basic information of a radiogram transmitted by PDSK signals by reducing the number of doubled errors in independent messages, high probability of correct detection of the RT and reduced probability of false detection of the RT.
