SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for mixing, including a device for mixing installed in a discharge pipe. Mixing device, in particular, a mixing device installed in a discharge pipe, comprises at least one mixing unit, installed with possibility of rotation around axis of rotation, made with possibility of fluid movement in axial direction of transportation and containing at least one element of rotor blade, projection of which on plane perpendicular to axis of rotation has at least substantially circular arc-like outer contour. Rotor blade element has at least one first region located in blade plane and made at least substantially flat, a second area bent relative to the plane of the blade, and an inner edge facing the axis of rotation and made at least substantially in the form of an ellipse arc.

EFFECT: invention provides creation of universal device for mixing with improved technical characteristics of fluid.
