SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, particularly to drilling fluids. Synthetic drilling fluid contains, wt %: dispersion medium – synthetic liquid "Polyeconol-San" 65.45–67.55; emulsifier MP-150 1.25–1.70; organobentonite "BENTOLUX OVM" 1.20–1.60; structure-forming agent "STEP" 0.55–0.65; synthetic polymer latex 1.05–1.25; disperse phase – 30 % aqueous solution of calcium chloride 16.75–18.45; water repellent ADB-40 0.8–1.05; siderit weighting agent 8.00–12.70.
EFFECT: technical result is optimization of structural-rheological, filtration and inhibiting properties of drilling fluid, providing long-term stability of walls of wells and prevention of slurry accumulations when drilling long-drawn shafts in intervals of unstable clay rocks, characterized by abnormally high pore pressures.
