SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drilling and completion of oil and gas wells. Emulsion drilling mud for joint opening of chemogenic and clay deposits contains, wt.%: oil phase – biodiesel 36.0-61.0; emulsifier Polyoilcheck Stab, AF grade 1.0-2.1; organobentonite Polyoleogel 0.8-2.4; viscosity regulator Polyoilcheck VIS A 0-1.7; solution of C10-C18 fatty acid amides in mineral oil – Polyoilcheck Filter, E grade 1.0-2.0; finely dispersed solid hydrocarbon material and/or lime-bitumen concentrate – a mixture of bitumen, fatty acid esters and slaked lime in equal weight ratios – Polyoilcheck Filter, ASF grade 0-1.6; glycerol 1.4-12.8; 30 wt. % sodium formate aqueous solution 1.4-13.4; mixture of bitumen, fatty acid esters and slaked lime in equal weight ratios – lime-bitumen concentrate 0-1.0; micromarble MR-4 3.0-21.6; product based on derivatives of aromatic sulphonic acids – water repellent Polyoilcheck Hydrophobe 0-1.1; mixture of barite 25% and microbarite 75% 0-18.8; mixture of barite 55.5% and microbarite 44.5% 0-37.5; barite 0-37.5.
EFFECT: stability of drilling mud in the range of density of 950-2,500 kg/m3, high efficiency of sludge carry-over at combined opening of chemogenic and clay deposits, high pseudoplasticity and inhibiting capacity.
