SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, in particular, to design of well valve, which can be used for operation of gas, gas-condensate, oil cased wells and wells of reservoir pressure maintenance. Downhole valve comprises a cylindrical housing with circulation holes and annular groove made on its inner surface, collet, sealing elements, insert made removable, housing of which is configured to grip it with a fishing tool. Downhole valve comprises seat for installation of detachable insert made in the form of protrusion on inner surface of cylindrical housing. Collet is installed on the housing of the detachable insert with the possibility of fixation of its collar in the annular groove of the cylindrical housing at installation of the detachable insert on the seat.

EFFECT: possibility of servicing downhole equipment without its lifting to the surface and extraction from the well.
