FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for application in oil-producing industry and can be used for prevention of formation of asphalt-resin-paraffin deposits (ARPD) in oil-well pipes and annular space of wells. Method consists in the fact that the preparatory operation is carried out to determine the required length. Heating cable is lowered into the tubing string, its heating and adjustment of the thermal mode by means of change of specific power of the heating cable to maintain constant temperature of liquid flow at the wellhead under conditions of change of its operation mode or composition. At that, during the preparatory operation the specific power of the heating cable is selected depending on the well head temperature as per the specified mathematical expression or depending on the well operation parameters - flow rate and water cut as per the recalculated for the well nomograph. Length of the cable is determined on the basis of the thermogram of the well in terms of location of the lower end of the heating cable at the depth, where the temperature by the thermogram is equal to the temperature of oil saturation with paraffin for the products of the given deposit determined in laboratory conditions.

EFFECT: technical result is increase of average well flow rate and efficiency of ARPD prevention at use of heating cables.
