FIELD: aircraft engine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of flat nozzles of turbojet engines (hereinafter referred to as TJE). In flat jet of TJE according to present invention, section of any of side walls located behind housing, is made in form of intersecting longitudinal and transverse corrugations with formation of longitudinal and transverse interconnected grooves, in cross section of made arched convex shape relative to longitudinal axis of engine, wherein between the intersecting longitudinal and transverse corrugations are formed concave sections relative to the longitudinal axis of the engine, at the side of the inner surface of each of said sections, with a gap relative to it, is installed on a flat heat shield, rigidly fixed relative to the first one, besides on the outer surface of any of the flat heat shields there are transverse stiffening ribs, each of which is made in arc-like cross-section, is installed directly under transverse corrugation of side wall and rigidly fixed on outer surface of heat-shielding screen by means of connecting power elements, made integral with it, wherein height of any of transverse stiffness ribs is less than or equal to distance between vertex of concave section of any of side walls and closest to it point on surface of heat shield.
EFFECT: technical results achieved by the disclosed device are increasing strength of the side walls of the turbojet nozzle and reducing their deformation; additionally, a hermetic articulation of subsonic and supersonic shutters with nozzle side walls is provided, which prevents gas leaks between walls and flaps, as well as reduced weight of the body and flat nozzle as a whole.
