FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to turbojet engine tuning nozzles (TJE). Adjustable TJE nozzle comprises heat-shielding screen installed in housing, made in form of two belts located in direction of turbojet gas flow of gas flow, wherein first belt end portion is brought into second belt with contact on nearby surfaces, wherein each of belts is made in form of sections arranged along circumference, each of which is rigidly connected to housing, at that, on the end section of any of the sections of the second belt located directly above the first belt, there are made punches with formation between the belts, along the circumference, three longitudinal cooling channels and longitudinal stiffness rib, made in the center of the central longitudinal cooling channel of the section, wherein the vertex of the stiffening rib is rounded and contacts the outer surface of the first belt, in addition, the total width of the longitudinal cooling channels of any of the sections is from 0.6 to 0.8 of the total width of the section, and ratio of width of any of side cooling channels S is 0.2…0.3 of width of central cooling channel d.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is higher reliability of the TJE.
