SUBSTANCE: invention refers to devices, instruments and exercisers for exercising and fitness. Main principle implemented in invention consists in use of magnetic forces, which perform force and load on human muscles when removing handles from each other (during breakaway and / or stretching) or when trying to connect handles to each other (during compression) depending on whether magnets are directed to each other by unlike poles or similar. Technical result is achieved by using a magnet in the expander, which has the possibility of adjustment and turning by magnetic disk unscrewing and twisting by the other side, due to which magnet polarity changes from the handle working side. Magnets are installed in handles and do not have a link between each other, since operation of magnets does not require the presence of elastic elements in form of springs, elastic materials and other elements.

EFFECT: technical result of the claimed invention consists in creation of an expander for strength training with the possibility of operation both for breakaway and possible stretching, and for compression, and without a link between the handles of the link.
