SUBSTANCE: invention relates to load-carrying suits for muscle training during performance of sports exercises or during daily actions and affairs. Technical result is achieved due to that training suit with directed load includes costume material and elastic elements, wherein the suit is made of breathable material, and elastic elements are made with possibility of movement on its area using buckle, as well as with possibility of load adjustment by reduction of length of elastic elements and their subsequent fixation by means of buttons or buttons on suit material in places determined by arrangement of trained muscles.

EFFECT: technical result is creation of training suit, adapted for everyday wearing and having elements for increasing physical load on separate muscles or groups of muscles with possibility of adjustment of this load.
