SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device (V), in particular an oil bath, preferably for an engine, a piston machine and/or a transfer device. Device (V) includes housing element (1) for formation of side wall structure (1.1) and for receiving working medium and configured to be loaded with tempering means and having heat exchange element (1.2) heat exchanger (2) for heat exchange with the working means. Heat exchange element (1.2) forms at least one passage channel (B) for flow of working medium and at least one passage channel (T) for flowing tempering agent.
EFFECT: higher quality of device with heat exchanger for receiving working medium.
