FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials, specifically to production of dry construction mixtures, and can be used for making mortar for production of external finishing of buildings for various purposes. Solution obtained from such dry mixture will have high strength, high adhesion to mineral bases resistant to cracking. Dry construction mixture, including Portland cement with CEM II/A-SH slag 32.5B, sand with fineness modulus 1.87 and complex additive, additionally contains mineral filler and mineral fibers, wherein complex additive consists of hydrated lime, MC-C methyl cellulose, REPOL S-51 re-dispersed powder and basalt fibers. Mineral filler used is dispersed limestone, which has bulk density of 1400 kg/m3, true density of 2800 kg/m3, dispersity of 200 mcm. Chemical composition of disperse limestone (wt. %): 54.16 CaO; 0.45 MgO; 0.55 Fe2O3; 0.22 Al2O3; 0.95 SiO2; 0.27 SO3; losses at ignition 43.08, as mineral fibers - basalt fibers from basalt of Argayash deposit chemical composition of which is the following (wt. %): SiO2 (47.5–55.0); TiO2 (1.36–2.0); Al2O3 (14.0–20.0); Fe2O3 + FeO (5.38–13.5); MnO (0.25–0.5); MgO (3.0–8.5); CaO (7–11.0); Na2O (2.7–7.5); K2O (2.5–7.5); P2O5 (not more than 0.5); SO3 (not more than 0.5); other rocks (not more than 5). Ratio of components, wt. %: portland cement with CEM II/A-SH slag 32.5B - 16.80–19.00, sand – 75.20–76.50, hydrated lime - 4.30–5.20, methylcellulose of MC-C grade - 0.30–0.40, repolixable REPOL S-51 powder - 0.30–0.50, mineral filler - 1.20–1.50, mineral fibres - 0.50–0.80.
EFFECT: technical result is obtaining high-quality finishing material with improved physical and mechanical properties, high water retention capacity, with required time interval of maintaining initial mobility of obtained solution mixture.
