FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dry construction mixtures and can be used for leveling concrete and metal bases, including decks of ships and offshore oil production platforms. Disclosed is a dry mixture for ship decks, comprising portland cement, alumina cement, gypsum plaster, ground marble with particle size of 0.01–100 mcm, quartz sand with particle size of 0.16–0.63 mm, metakaolin, propylene fibers with length of 6 mm and diameter of up to 18 mcm, tartaric acid, water-retaining additive Bermocoll E-230 X (nonionic water-soluble cellulose ester), redispersible polymer (vinyl versatate-vinyl acetate) powder Vinavil SL11P, powdered antifoamer Vinapore DF 9010 F (based on derivatives of fatty alcohols and polysiloxanes on an inorganic support), a plasticising additive Melflux 5581 F (polycarboxylic acid ester) and setting and hardening accelerator Axilat SA 502 (amorphous aluminum oxide), in following ratio of components, wt %: portland cement 26–29; alumina cement 4.3–4.8; gypsum plaster 2.6–3.0; marble ground 6.0–7.5; quartz sand 50.66–57.417; metakaolin 1.7–2.5; tartaric acid 0.085–0.01; propylene fiber 0.038–0.042; water-retaining additive Bermocoll E-230 X 0.07–0.088; redispersible polymer powder Vinavil SL11P 1.2–1.7; antifoaming agent Vinapore DF 9010 F 0.17–0.21; plasticising additive Melflux 5581 F 0.17–0.21; hardening and hardening accelerator Axilat SA 502 0.25–0.28. Additionally, the dry mixture may contain high-modulus fibers, such as glass fiber with length of 6 mm and diameter of up to 14 micron, amount of 0.05 wt%.

EFFECT: high rate of strength gain, high adhesion of the coating to the base, reduced shrinkage deformations.
