FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry, in particular to development of oil deposits, can be used for increasing oil recovery of heterogeneous formations. Invention comprises method of oil reservoir development. Method for development of oil formation includes geophysical survey of injection well, determination of formation intake profile, preparation of suspension with particles of pre-cross-linked polymer, pumping suspension into formation, controlling concentration of suspension. Suspension is prepared using reservoir fluid fed into the injection well and a pre-crosslinked polymer. Polyacrylamide-based polymer is used as the pre-cross-linked polymer. Absorption tank regulators and/or degree of grinding of polymer are used to provide absorption capacity of 35–42 g of water per 1 g of polymer for this reservoir fluid. Polymer injection unit is used to prepare the suspension. Inlet and outlet branch pipes of the plant are connected to the pipeline, which supplies formation fluid to the injection well. Suspension concentration is controlled by measuring flow rate of fluid supplied to injection well and flow rate of liquid passing through polymer injection unit. Flow values are transmitted to a control device. Level of liquid in the polymer injection unit vessel is maintained automatically. Screw feeder feeding the dry polymer into the tank is automatically controlled. Speed of rotation of shafts of electric motors of pumps supplying suspension from reservoir into pipeline of injection well is automatically controlled. Pumps in the polymer injection unit are represented by positive-displacement pumps.
EFFECT: increasing oil recovery from heterogeneous reservoirs.
