FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to an article with a low-emission coating. In particular, disclosed is a coated article comprising a coating resting on a glass substrate. Said coating includes: first and second infrared (IR) radiation reflecting layers containing silver; a first contact layer containing NiCr disposed over the first IR-reflective layer; a dielectric layer containing silicon nitride located on the first contact layer containing NiCr; a second contact layer containing NiCr disposed over said layer containing silicon nitride; wherein the second IR-reflecting layer containing silver is located over the second contact layer containing NiCr; a third contact layer containing NiCr located above the second infrared-reflecting layer; and other dielectric layer containing silicon nitride located on third contact layer containing NiCr. At that, dielectric layer containing silicon nitride is separated with non-absorbing separating dielectric layer containing zirconium oxide ZrO2, so that separating dielectric layer, containing zirconium oxide ZrO2 is located between the first part of the dielectric layer containing silicon nitride and the second part of the dielectric layer containing silicon nitride.
EFFECT: increased durability, while providing low transmittance of visible light.
