SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to physiotherapy, and can be used for complex correction of aesthetic defects caused by age-related skin changes, and restoration of body adaptive reserves using the reflexogenic area of the face. For complex correction of aesthetic defects caused by age-related changes of skin, and restoration of adaptive body reserves, dynamic electroneurostimulation with alternating current at frequency 77 Hz in therapy mode with DIADENS apparatus is successively applied. Power of exposure is increased from P10 to the required value max P45 under subjective control of the patient. For 10–15 minutes at a comfortable energy level, a massage facial massage is performed with an emphasis on the problem areas. Then, after application of cosmetic thermal water, spectral photophoresis of microelements is applied on problem areas of skin of the face, which coincides with somatotopic representation of internal organs and body parts by emitting multispectral lamp of hollow cathode, generating spectral lines in range of 300–800 nm, characteristic for 11 chemical elements - K, Ca, Mg, Na, Mn, Cu, Zn, Fe, Si, Se, Pt.

EFFECT: method provides correction of aesthetic defects caused by age-related changes of skin, and restoration of body adaptive reserves due to a combination of electroneurostimulation and spectral photophoresis of microelements.
