FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves treating skin with substances of cosmetic and medical activity. Subdermal skin treatment is carried out at the first stage by applying contact-mode low-frequency ultrasonic peeling to skin via peeling solution covering the skin surface using ultrasonic oscillations having frequency of 25.6-44.0 kHz and ultrasonic applicator oscillation amplitude of 5-30 mcm with radiating applicator end face having disintegrating notches. Skin vaporization is carried out at the second stage by heating it with vapor to a temperature not less than 60°С, and subsequent cooling it to a temperature 25-30°С using ozone/NO-containing air mixture. Thermal-contrasting impregnation at the third stage with ozone/NO-containing air mixture containing of medicinal substance introduced into skin blood- and lymphatic system and into underlying tissues first by means of thermal applicator, having Peltier element, heating skin to temperature not higher than 50°С and supporting this state, and then cooling the skin area with the thermal applicator to a temperature of 5-10°С via intermediate capillary-porous lining saturated by medicinal substance. Thermal-contrasting massage of skin is carried out at the fourth stage by cyclic heating skin to a temperature not exceeding 40°С, and then sharp cooling with thermal applicator is applied to reach temperature of 5-10°С. Subdermal ultrasonic massage is carried out at the fifth stage of treatment by applying low-frequency ultrasonic skin treatment with ultrasonic oscillations in frequency range of 25.6-44.0 kHz with ultrasonic applicator oscillation amplitude emitted by smooth radiating end face being equal to 5-30 mcm. The treatment is performed through intermediate capillary-porous lining saturated with medicinal substance and in contact mode. General treatment session duration is 45-60 min long. Device has contrasting thermocycling unit, ultrasonic oscillator, unit for producing air mixture and pressure chamber. Thermal applicators having Peltier elements and the attached contact plate are additionally connected to the contrasting thermocycling unit. Contact plate of one of thermal applicators is attached to replaceable contact element by means of threaded connection. The ultrasonic oscillator is connected to ultrasonic applicators, one of which has replaceable radiating element connectable via threaded connection. The unit for producing ozone/NO-containing air mixture and the vaporizer are connected to the pressure chamber cavity.
EFFECT: high quality of cosmetic treatment results.
