FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a drill bit of self-floating subsurface oceanographic buoy stations, which, when surfacing, can be used to drill ice from bottom to top on ice-covered water areas, mainly in Arctic conditions. Detachable drill bit of self-floating buoy for drilling ice from bottom to top is a complex transceiving antenna with a flashing beacon and detachable drilling tool, installed on drilling systems for drilling of various thickness of sea ice from underwater position from bottom to top. Detachable drilling bit comprises metal tube with cutouts, having a satellite and a radio antenna with a flashing beacon, sealed in a sealed solid radiotransparent transparent mass, on one side having a threaded bushing with a sealed cable passing therethrough for screwing into the drill string and connection with the main communication cable, and on the other side—carrying bushing with feather tip on screw bearing rod. Screw auger extends along the outer surface. Removable drilling bit is used for different lengths of the drill rod depending on the sea ice capacity intended for drilling and comprises: a feather tip on a helical bearing rod screwed into the bearing sleeve of the pen tip in the end part of the hollow body of the bit, having an iridium-type satellite antenna, a radio antenna, optical flashing beacon filled with sealed solid radiotransparent transparent filler having in the other end part a bearing threaded bushing, sealed cable with pressure seal and along the entire outer surface having screw auger.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing functional capabilities and widening range of devices for investigating ice-covered water areas of the Arctic by means of a new, alternative, combined set of underwater autonomous buoy station with drilling system for drilling ice from bottom to top, which enables to provide data transmission in ice cover conditions.
