FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry and can be used for isolation of formations in well at its attachment. Device includes hollow housing with radial hole, at least one, covered with hollow shear pin, packer of hydraulic action connected with housing, stepped bushing installed on housing and forming with it annular cavity. Device has an additional stepped bushing made with a side hole, at least one check valve closed from the outside, placed below the main bushing and interacting with the latter. There is a casing with a radial hole, at least one, covering the main and additional stepped bushings outside and forming the working cavity from the first of them against the casing radial hole for hydraulic communication of well space behind the casing with it and switching device from transport position into working position. Housing below the main radial hole is made with an additional radial hole, at least one overlapped by the main stepped bushing installed with the possibility of opening of the additional radial hole of the housing in its extreme top position. Additional stepped bushing is rigidly connected to casing by shear element, at least one designed for cutting pressure equal to allowable packer pressure. Additional stepped bushing is installed with possibility of hydraulic connection of inner space of the housing with packer space through radial hole of housing and side hole of additional stepped bushing.

EFFECT: high reliability of the device due to the possibility of providing a given bursting pressure and wider field of use of the device.
