FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry and can be used for benches isolation for wells casing. Device includes a housing, adapted for connection to the pipe string of well and having radial hole, at least one overlapped by hollow shear pin, and longitudinal slots on its external surface below radial holes. Outside the housing there is a composite housing. It forms with the housing an annular cavity. In the annular cavity and between the ends of the composite casing there is a distribution valve with a radial hole. This valve is rigidly connected with composite cover. Distributing valve is made in the form of a sleeve with radial holes, inner circular groove mounted on opposing ends of bypass sealing elements of one-sided action-upper and lower. There is a bushing, placed in circular cavity against distribution valve, rigidly connected to the housing. On the upper end of the bushing is placed spacing bush sleeve. Differential piston is rigidly connected with it. Its over piston space is filled with oil and has the possibility of increasing its volume during operation of the device. One part of the under piston space can be hydraulically connected to the space behind the assembled housing via radial holes of the distributing valve and its inner circular cavity. Other part of under piston space can be hydraulically connected to the cavity of the packer.

EFFECT: technical result is increasing of reliability of well packering.
