FIELD: physical processing of data.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to data processing and decision making methods in broadband radio communication and radio navigation. Technical result is achieved by implementing elements of the "third decision scheme" theory of receiving-processing nonlinear sequence derivatives (NSD) and making a decision by spacing the reception-processing procedures "according to the form" of periodic inter-correlation and partial correlation functions (PICCF and PCF) of NSD, which expand the SES spectrum. Method includes: a search and discovery stage, where a primary storage sub-step is performed; parallel accumulation from the output of dynamically tuned matched filters of the PCF values of the segments of the received signal with two reference generating lines, from which the NSD is formed, as well as determining the numbers of cycles of their mutual shift corresponding to synchronism by delay; extrapolated extrapolation of PCF structure, PICCF in the form of extrapolation functions of subchannels of 2 processing channels with 2-factor control of extrapolation according to majority principle; synchronization step with synchronization timing control without determining current time delay of received signal, and by combination of synchronism clock numbers with generating lines; stage of efficient coherent reception and decision-making in "analogue mode of single-channel decision and reception" and in "discrete method of final two-channel" decision-making with parallel implemented mode of "control and correction of synchronization" without termination of SES reception-processing process.
EFFECT: technical result consists in the fact that the disclosed method of third decision circuit of accelerated search and efficient reception of broadband signals solves tasks not only for fast search and synchronization of signals of manipulated derivatives of nonlinear sequences derivatives (NSD), but also tasks of efficient reception-processing and decision-making us-them elementary signal-message, which is represented by code-type NSD for expansion of spectrum of signals with expansion of spectrum (SES) after entry into synchronism.
