FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organic chemistry and specifically to a method of producing calcium gamma-aminobutyrate ascorbinate. Method involves reaction of calcium ascorbinate and calcium gamma-aminobutyrate taken in equimolar ratios by a comproportionation reaction and subsequent extraction and drying of the end product with acetone.
EFFECT: disclosed is a novel method of producing calcium gamma-aminobutyrate-ascorbinate, which enables to obtain the end product with output of 94 % in a shorter time.
