FIELD: heating equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used in production of direct-flow steam and hot-water boilers to produce heat and steam. Boiler with forced circulation contains furnace chamber and convective part made of several packets parallel to horizon, composed of each of two sections containing each pair of adjacent reservoirs, interconnected by U-shaped pipes, distributed in width with clearance relative to each other with possibility of arrangement of U-shaped pipes of one section in gap of other section, wherein on each side each packet is closed by membrane tubes connected to corresponding section collectors, adjacent collectors of adjacent packs located on one side are connected to each other by external adapters to form single water path, connected on one side with pipes of furnace chamber, and on the other side – to supply main line.
EFFECT: boiler design allows to compactly place large surface of heat transfer surface with possibility of good circulation of heat carrier with counterflows of temperatures of outgoing gases and water, which increases boiler efficiency, simplifies its design, increases repairability and efficiency in operation.
