FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining and can be used in underground coal mining for intensification of degassing of coal bed unloaded from coal pressure by hydraulic fracturing method. Invention comprises method of hydraulic fracturing of coal bed. Proposed method comprises well drilling in reservoir, sealing of well rupture interval, injection of water under pressure into formation fracture interval. At that proppant is arranged therein prior to sealing of rupture interval. Proppant consists of granules of round shape with size of 270–325 mesh and density below water density in amount sufficient to fill the formed crack with one layer of granules.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of proppant pumping and wedging of formed fractures of hydraulic fracturing of coal bed performed by water.
