FIELD: measurement; testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bench equipment designed to determine load conditions of vehicle tires on combined (road-rail) stroke. Tire is tested using rail as a bearing surface, fixed by bolt and washer on power plate, when crosspiece is displaced, tire rests against rail, note here that rail inclination is ensured by canting installation. Note here that inner air pressure is controlled by pressure gage. Load arising during testing is measured by force sensors and strain-gauge matrix, and distribution of normal stresses in tire contact spot with rail is detected by strain-gage matrix, for this, the signal processed by the amplifier and the analogue-to-digital converter is supplied to the receiving-recording device. Besides, in process of tire reduction by means of converter its longitudinal deformation is measured and recorded.
EFFECT: static tests of tires in the range of modes as close as possible to real operating conditions of vehicles on combined stroke.
